With 20 years of experience in municipal leadership and consulting, Michelle specializes in project oversight, process improvement, organizational development, and workforce strategy. She brings deep expertise in public sector human resources management, succession planning, and talent development, and is a certified Project Management Professional. Michelle holds a Master’s in Public Administration.
