Suzanne is a seasoned public sector consultant with more than 15 years of experience supporting local government agencies through complex organizational and strategic initiatives. Her work focuses on organizational assessments, goal setting and strategic planning, and executive recruitment, helping public sector leaders improve effectiveness, align resources, and build strong leadership teams.

Currently serving as a project coordinator, Suzanne brings expertise in data-driven analysis and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career, she has contributed to engagements involving employee survey deployment and analysis, peer benchmarking, organizational design, executive candidate sourcing and screening, and best-practice research. She combines strong analytical skills with clear, thoughtful communication, enabling her to deliver high quality reports and presentations that support informed decision making and long term organizational success.

Suzanne earned a master’s degree in public administration from San Francisco State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Suzanne supports JGA project teams through planning, coordination, and project delivery that ensure client engagements run smoothly from start to finish. She brings experience in local government consulting, supporting strategic planning, executive recruitment, and organizational development efforts that strengthen client outcomes. Her favorite JGA value is Glitter, which reflects her commitment to delivering thoughtful, “white glove” service that goes above and beyond for every client. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her three children in a wide range of activities and values being part of their growth and exploration.
