Steve Mermell is a public sector consultant with more than 30 years of local government experience, including service as City Manager of Pasadena, California. He is passionate about helping local government agencies improve how they operate and serve their constituents.

Steve’s areas of expertise include strategic planning and goal setting, governance training, facilitated performance evaluations, and operational analysis. He has also assisted in the successful passage of voter-approved revenue measures.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.
