Sanvi is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Data Analytics at the University of Southern California. Her interest in civic engagement began in high school when she founded and served as President of the Aliso Viejo Youth Council, creating opportunities for youth voices to be represented in local government.

Sanvi is passionate about public service and ensuring constituents are served as best as possible, which is why she is excited to intern at JGA. She is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Data Analytics at the University of Southern California (anticipated to graduate in May 2028). In high school, she founded and served as her town, Aliso Viejo’s Youth Council President after noticing a lack of representation of youth interests, which spurred her interest in civic service.

As an OC native, through her experience interning for local and federal government, including roles with Orange County Supervisor Katrina Foley and Congresswoman Young Kim, she is especially interested in contributing to work that impacts familiar communities. Through JGA, she’s excited to contribute to the public sector in a more efficient, solutions-oriented way while also seeing tangible impact within shorter timeframes.

Her favorite JGA value is Resilience, reflecting her commitment to learning from JGA supervisors and fellow USC peers, and to persist and learn from her own mistakes so that she can contribute wholeheartedly to JGA. Outside of school and JGA, Sanvi loves spending time with her friends and sister, exploring coffee shops and restaurants, reading fiction, cooking, and dancing.
