Jessica Foat is an accomplished professional with expertise in project management, strategic planning, and organizational development. She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instructional Design from California Southern University and a Graduate Certificate in Health Care and Psychology, using her analytical approach to drive complex projects to success.

With significant experience in program development and community relations, Jessica has excelled in leadership roles across non-profit and government sectors. As a U.S. Army Veteran and former Sergeant who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, she earned the Army Achievement Medal. Her contributions to public service have been recognized with awards such as the 2024 Woman of Distinction, Veteran Honoree from State Senator Tom Umberg, and the 2024 Woman of Influence, Advocate Honoree from the Greater Irvine Chamber. Jessica chairs the Women Veteran Working Group at the Orange County Veteran and Military Family Collaborative and serves on various committees focused on mental health and veteran advocacy.

Combining her expertise in executive leadership and stakeholder engagement, Jessica drives successful initiatives across diverse industries.

Jessica specializes in strategic planning, leadership development, and facilitation, helping leaders and teams turn vision into action while strengthening alignment, culture, and results.
