Joe Dingman is an accomplished executive and recognized expert in organizational and leadership development, bringing three decades of military and civilian service to his work with Jacob Green & Associates. A pilot qualified in multiple aircraft, Joe retired after attaining the rank of colonel after 24 years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force. His career included multiple Pentagon tours working on the Air Force’s $119 billion budget and serving as the Air Force Military Assistant to the Secretary of Defense. He later served as Executive Director and Director of Staff for the 60th AirMobility Wing at Travis Air Force Base. Joe also brought his leadership experience to local government as an Assistant City Manager and department head for a small Northern California city, where he managed municipal operations and addressed complex community needs. Drawing on his experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, defense innovation, and organizational transformation, Joe helps leaders navigate change, build high-performing teams, and translate strategy into measurable results.
